HOW PERSONAL & BUSINESS COACHING WORKS
After an initial consultation, we will establish exactly what it is you want to achieve, and how you will attain your ambitions. An action plan over a specific period of time is agreed which is followed up from one session to another. Energy by Tessa Performance Coaching is not counselling or psychotherapy, it is about understanding your own goals and enabling you to achieve them in the fastest, most direct way.
Session dates can be weekly, fortnightly or to suit you. They are either face to face or over the phone.
