A recent addition to the Energy By Tessa calendar is the new 'Weigh Less Effortlessly' class at Larkhall's Oriel Hall. Classes are held every 2 weeks and are run in courses of 6 sessions. Unlike other weight loss classes, there is no weighing and measuring, there is very little discussion about food itself or WHAT you eat, but instead more of a focus on WHY you eat it & what it does for you. Most importantly, the changes you make with Tessa are PERMANENT and therefore do not require you to continue the classes indefinitely.
For the next 6 months all courses include a complimetary one-to-one session with Tessa which allows for a much more in depth discussion of your personal issues with food, and enables Tessa to better tailor the program to your own specific needs.
Some people prefer the privacy of one-to-one sessions. These personal consultations allow Tessa to discuss any inner conflicts you may have in relation to food and why you feel you overeat, and hence deliver a bespoke program- utilizing the amazing tools of NLP & Hypnotherapy- tailored specifically to your personal needs.
After an initial in depth consultation & therapy, follow up appointments are made- usually two weeks apart for the first couple of months, whilst the body & mind re-adjust to the changes. Thereafter appointments are only needed once every month or so to keep up the momentum.
