After an initial consultation with your employee, we will establish exactly what it is they want to achieve, and how they will attain their ambitions. An action plan over a specific period of time is agreed which is followed up from one session to another. Session dates can be weekly, fortnightly or to suit the employee. They are either face to face or over the phone.
